I admit it. I am a foodie. Unfortunately, I am a foodie with serious dietary issues.
Which is one of the reasons I Love, Love, Love, LOVE the Patsy Pie line of cookies, biscotti, muffins and brownies. ( www.patsypie.com )
Pat is a celiac herself, and her two daughters also have food issues. Based in Quebec, Canada, the products are not only gluten free, but free of many other common allergens as well. It is not often that my gluten-nightshade-lactose body and my neighbour's soy-lactose body can agree on cookies, but yummmm!!
There is a recipe section on the web-site as well.
Any celiac will tell you that the vast majority of gluten free products are also taste and texture free. Nummy. But these product taste just like "the real thing". So I had to share with you all. If you need allergen free treats, ask your local organic market or health food store to stock these products.

Crow reminds us to learn to trust our intuition and personal integrity, to create our own standards, whether or not they match those of the world around us...It is said that in the courtship process the male crow's voice takes on a singing quality. This tells us what the basis of sacred law is. There is one unfailing principle by which we can test our principles, that of unconditional love.
