Happiness Update.

Well, I have been linked to from a spreadsheet of blogs that mention the Happiness Project, (Thanks Gretchen!) so I thought I should give y'all an update on how mine is going.

Meditation is continuing to help me sleep, and my little black footed ferret friend is continuing to hang out in my brain as a reassuring presence

I am getting more regular sleep, and I am feeling it in my day to day activities

I am trying to eat better, although that is a battle most days.  I do much better when I am feeding someone else, that when I am just feeding myself.  I also still am not drinking enough water.  I have, however, managed to cut back on caffeine, and chocolate, two things that I know affect my mood and my reaction to things.

I have not been to the gym lately, but I have been hitting the trail, and walking a lot.

I have not been back to the dance studio, but am going to a recital to watch some of my friends dance.

I am not on-line stalking the Wolf quite as much.  I am more at peace with things between the two of us.

Generally, I am more at peace.  I am basically a "happy" person, and those who know me well think I am "getting back to normal".
