My health coach and I are at the stage of my program where we start long term planning and goal setting, life planning, etc (eg: she is getting ready to kick me out of the nest). So I am thinking about life.
In addition, she has gently encouraged me to spend more time in the creative process, whether that is writing, jewellery making, sewing, whatever.
Conveniently, I opened the current issue of O Magazine, and found this great article:

I can see from StatCounter that some of you are trying to comment, but those comments are not making it through. I was unable to comment on Blogs while using Internet Explorer; I had to switch to Google Chrome.
