Stress relief

In addition to the brain puke I had here a few minutes ago, I just found out that one of my favorite bosses has been diagnosed with cancer.  It was not caught early, and has spread to other parts of his system.

Fucking cancer.  I hate it.

Time for some stress relief, and happier thoughts.  Things to do:

Go break some clay.  (Yes, this is actually a photo of me, ripped off from inspired by a photo Brigid had up over at Home on the Range )

Go drive real fast, to the lovely rhythm of an American V-twin engine

Climb a tree.  (Although a Giant Sequoia might be a bit ambitious.)

Hug a puppy.


Stop and smell the roses ...
